Shopping with Siskin-Miniatures is easy Smile

Ordering through our store can be done in two ways:

  • Registered Customer
  • Purchase without an account by sending email to: This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it  

The first case will grant you many privileges, most importantly: 

  • Fast shopping
  • You will be able to see your current order status
  • Review your past order history
  • Periodically receive an e-mail newsletter. 

In the second case all you have to do is state your address. Once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You don't have to reply to it, but you also won't be able to check your current order status without registering.

All prices are quoted in US Dollars.  

Orders

We do not have a set minimum order value. Every order will be welcome and realized as fast as possible. Orders will be realized in the order we've received them. The maximum time of order preparation shouldn't exceed 5 workdays. 

Orders are carried out in the following way:

  • After placing the order its status will be changed to "Pending"
  • On the next day your order will be reviewed and after confirming the payment your order's status will be changed to "Confirmed"
  • The package is handed over to a Polish Post Office courier. That's when your order's status will be changed to "Shipped".
  • We reserves the right to cancel an order if certain merchandise should prove unavailable (its status will be changed to "Cancelled") or give you the right to cancel your order to be refunded ("Refunded").

Any time the order’s status change you will receive an information e-mail.  

Shipping

All parcels are sent „by registered post” priority mail. With reduction of your customs taxes in mind we send the parcels without including an invoice inside the package.Ordered merchandise is sent only via Polish Post Office, in thick, safe boxes. We do not send orders through couriers.   

Shipping and handling costs 

We have got ‘flat rate’ shipping policy which means that all shipping costs are set currently to 6.5USD no matter where you are.  

Payment 

We accept payment by credit cards: Visa, Mastercard. We do not accept cheques, cash and international money orders.  All payments are secure. When you will finish placing your order, our shop system will redirect you to AllPay Security Center, where you will be asked for your credit card details . We also accept payment via Pay Pal  For more information about security please read our security note.

Merchandise Returns

 It is possible to return the ordered merchandise. One shall pack up the item in a solid package that can guarantee reaching the destination safely, and send back to our shop at the address:

After the returned parcel is received, your money will be sent back within 14 days (without P&P costs).  

About Privacy

For security purposes, we don't store any credit card information of any kind on any web server or our computer with database.

We will not sell or transfer any personally identifiable information to anyone.

We may use personally identifiable information for marketing and promotional purposes, e.g. we'll send you e-mails about new products, promotions or services that relate to our  business only.
